My semi – formal is coming up, and I have my dress (it’s light blue and slightly shimmery) and shoes (silver), but I’m wondering what colour lipstick/ eyshadow to wear, and if I should wear foundation/ mascara ect as well.
I have oily skin with pimples, which I’m slowly getting rid of.
My semi formal is a really informal occasion, with cocktail dresses ect.
What do I do?
