I’m so sick and tired of hearing, seeing and reading about the thug athletes in every sport who are grossely overpaid for playing sports and then instead of getting on their knees and thanking God for all their blessings, they go out and commit crimes, get in trouble and perpetuate further stereotypes that set the vast majority of good guy athletes back.
Unfortunately too many people fail to realize the damage this does, not only to sports and sports fans, but to society as well. Who do you think pays for their overblown salaries? WE do!!
Just as the politicns pass on their agregious spending for us and future generation to pay, the same holds true for the owners of the teams, the sponsors, companies who provide food and apparel goods, all of the financial responsibilities get passed onto us to pay. Each and everytime you fill up, go to a grocery store, a game, a bar, you’re paying for it.
