1 cup: Use pinto beans or red beans
4 cups: jasmine rice
garlic
1 cup tomato sauce or enchiladas sauce
4 tablespoons: oil any, olive oil best
4 tablespoons: chicken bouillon
First you fry the rice and beans with oil and garlic at med heat, rice should be lite brown, then add chicken bouillon and tomato sauce stir for five to ten minute at low heat, add water and cover.
