Actually, it goes the other way… nuts with attached washers, they are called FLANGED NUTS.
You can get either locking or smooth type, any place that sells hardware should have them

I have taken two $store test and both faintly positive but the most recent is darker and more noticeable. Well i was going to buy a more expensive one but my sister had one in her car but she doesn’t remember the brand name or anything there isn’t even a name of the wrapper. It has a purple cap. It has two windows a circle one and and like a long one the first window to me looks like a control line its thick and dotted and the second line is more like the lines i normally see but its there but missing some parts to it. It looks like this —- I. But second line kinda faded. Does anyone know what this mean???????????????
