Can Someone Give Me Advise About Pruing And Maintaining Newly Planted Raspberries And Blackberries!?
I just planted two raspberry bushes and am planning to plant two more as well as two blackberry bushes. They all have two year old canes. Unfortunately,one of the canes on one raspberry plant broke. Is it still good? Also, should I prune then half way down now, in the fall or the spring? Should I fertilize them as well, but since they are fruits I only want to use organic fertilizers. Can someone help?
