If You Eat Every Hour, Can You Trick Your Body Into Thinking Its Not In Starvation Mode?
Like if I eat a 1/2 cup of strawberries one hour and a 1/2 cup of stir fry the next and a peach the next (all 50 calories), I only eat 400 calories a day. So, will my body go into starvation mode? Or will I be able to lose weight?
