I know that it is very good for you, but I’ve also heard that the pills don’t do any good. In fact, the garlic should be raw, minced and eaten after 10-15 minutes (so that it can release a certain chemical) and this is when you achieve optimal results. But I would eat a clove at bedtime, because then bad breath wouldn’t matter. But I don’t want it to keep me awake, if it is like caffeine or ginger.
