i am 5 feet 3 inch….
i am quite chubby…
i have broad shoulders and flabby arms…
my waist is same length with my shoulder…
m not sure if i am in pear shape or hour glass shape with extra curves…
can someone help me?
do i need A cut skirt, pencil type skirt, or tight blazer and etc…
m just confused.

It is made in the usa by Apparel World Inc. I have looked into a few web sites but nothing has turned up.I know the sweater was given to my friend and she never wore it,it still has the tag.Just wondering about the designer.It is a give-me and thoughtful of her.I love it and would like to pass the info on to anyone who should ask about where to get one Thank you!!!

A ‘Pea Coat’ is generally a short length, heavy wool coat.
A ‘top coat’ or overcoat is generally longer (thigh length or calf length) though P Coats can be long, too.
The difference in names derives from their origins. Pea Coats are naval in origin and originally made from Pilot Cloth (hence the P)
