I really want a chinchilla coat, but I don’t want to have to pay so much for it.
I think I would have a bigger feeling satisfaction if I raised the fur myself.

In rabbits, full coat color (C) is dominant to chinchilla (cch), himalaya (ch) and albino (c). In addition, the chinchilla phenotype is dominant to himalaya, and himalaya is dominant to albino. If two rabbits with the chinchilla phenotype mate, what coat color is not possible in their offspring?

Hi, I was planning on getting a better treat/snack for my chinchilla other than a raisin a day and I was wondering if any of these treat/brands are any good for her. I’m a big sucker when it comes to small animals cause you can’t really communicate with them, but have some type of connection and I want the best for them.
I know healthy treats are rosebuds, non instant oats, cheerios and on occasion yogurt, dried bananas or papayas. But I was wondering if these are any good as well.
Here’s a list of treats/brands I thought are appropriate (I checked the ingredients on the site along with chinchilla buyers reviews and the ingredients are good and the some buyer seemed to be happy with the products):
Kaytee Fiesta Blueberry & Strawberry Flavored Yogurt Dipped Timothy Hay
Kaytee Fiesta Pineapple & Papaya Flavored Yogurt Dipped Timothy Hay
Kaytee Fiesta Raisins, Rose Hips, & Papaya Small Animal Treats
Kaytee Healthy Toppings for Small Animals Banana, Mixed Fruits, Papaya
Salt Wheel
Super Pet Lava Bites
Vitakraft Dandelion Drops for Chinchillas
Vitakraft Kracker Sticks Treats for Chinchillas
Vitakraft Nibble Rings
Ware Mineral Candy Small Animal Chews
As for food, I feed her a handful of Timothy hay and pellets twice a day. Can they also have Alfalfa as well? I saw a lot of yes and no answers for these type of health questions, so I’m not really sure.
Thanks in advance and 10 POINTS FOR THE BEST ANSWER!
