ingredients
18 -22 Ice cubes, crushed
7 ounces Double-strength coffee, chilled
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons flavored syrup of choice (vanilla, hazelnut, -raspberry or other)
Whipped cream, garnish
directions
Place the ice, coffee, sugar and syrup in a blender
Blend until the frappe is smooth.
Pour into a large, tall glass
Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream.

Kidney Bean Recipe Suggestions?
Due to a huge communication problem with a family member I now have a massive oversupply of red (both light and dark) kidney beans (canned). I’m talking about 2 dozen regular sized cans.
Anyway, I need some recipe suggestions. Other than chili and minestrone please. It doesn’t matter if they’re vegetarian or if they call for meat, I like both. Thanks a ton, my burgeoning pantry shelves also thank you.

Im Looking for a certain type of bean. its yellowish in color. either before or after its boiled it has a soft flexible shell with a seed inside you can actually pop out by squeezing on the shell, and eat the seed, which comes out a small opening thats made when the bean grows. it can be used as a snack or appetizer, as apposed to go with a side to a meal or go into a salad. does anyone know what im talking about? i want to get some but know know the name and/or where to buy.

Does anyone know a good (vegetarian) bean and rice reicpe? I live in Germany, where the bean selection is pretty limited…but for example, I found white beans the other day. How can you add flavor to this dish?
