I’m looking to buy a car that would realistically carry 4 adults and a dog, yet not be a monster people mover taking up half plus of any road or have a monster fuel guzzling engine.

Personally I see them as just victims of a great marketing scheme.
I have no issue with people enjoying books – I’m a librarian, I spend all day encouraging it. But, having read the Harry Potters, I can say they are good books but in no way worthy of all this hype – not from adults anyway.
We are opening the night it comes out and having a HP party for the kids but the number of adults trying to come along is astounding – just to hear us read the first chapter.
There are people really worrying about someone spoiling the ending before they get to the end.
It has all gone a bit crazy.
And now shops are threatening to sell it earlier than the 21st. Previsously if they done this they wouldn’t be allowed any other HP’s to sell but that obviously doesn’t apply this time. All of this of course generates more coverage and hype.
