do neutral browns for the eyes and a bold lip or do gold eyeshadow with a neutral lip.I think those colors would look lovely

no offense, but a red dress with a yellow belt makes me think of hulk hogan or ketchup and mustard..

do a cat eye…just some liquid eye liner and mascara. You can do a skin tone shadow, maybe a red glossy lip.
BTW that sounds like a really cute outfit!!
