Wrinkles In Polyurethane On Wood Piece. Can I Just Wait For It To Dry Completely And Pour Another Coat On It?
the pieces on this ornament are small and painted. Im afraid if I sand it down, i might mess up the pieces that are glued to it.

You should carefully level the existing coat before continuing sorry to say.. What may help you is putting the amount of poly by a heat source to warm it a bit above the temperature of the room it allows the poly to level easier.

No. Adding more will not remove the wrinkles. Carefully sand them out. Many thin coats are always better than one thick one. Water borne is a better way to avoid this but you still have to sand between coats.
