Where Can I Find Nice Knee Length Skirts And Dresses?
Im seventeen and need something cute for thanksgiving, but most dresses are too short for the event.

If you don’t mind something that is a little higher waisted, you can find a lot of knee length things in the women’s section instead of the junior’s section. You might have to dig a little to find something cute, but they do exist. I like Banana Republic, Sears, JCPenny, and stores like that for those kinds of items. Cute and affordable.
If you do want something that sits a little lower on the waist, Charlotte Rousse, Wet Seal, Hot Topic, and Vanity often have longer items in the fall and most of the time their store clerks are pretty friendly if you can’t find what you’re looking for.

Okay. Most places that have a special dress department for juniors should help you because there are setting out their sweater dresses.
Yesterday, I saw like seven of those at Dillard’ss that I didn’t buy because they were too long. I mean they were a little past knee length on me.
Also, you can always buy one from a conservative place like Ann Taylor’s, Macy’s, even Jc Penny.
If you have no luck doing that in person, my best advice would be to hit up the websites!! Check out some sites with good quality clothing. With the holidays fast approaching, you’ll find that a lot of companies are doing free online shipping.

You could try finding a cute dress even if it’s short and see if you could maybe let the seam out an inch or two. I know how you feel, everything is way too short now.
I’m making my thanksgiving dress. It’s cheaper, I get exactly what I want, and plus it’s fun.
Macy’s and Dillards sometimes have decent length dresses and an okay price if you look in the sale sections. If you can afford it, Nordstrom has a great selection of knee length skirts and dresses and that are very nice. BCBG has gorgeous dresses and you can find them in varying lengths. It’s definately one of my favorite places to shop for event dresses since there is a BCBG outlet close to my house and I get great prices. :]
I hope this helps you somewhat. Shopping is tough sometimes.

well you can get them from primark for cheap and asda in minworth dose them for cheap too. well try in town but they are expencive

Kohls has some really cute ones out now. They are around $20 but they are like nice dressy-ish ones. They are extremely cute at a reasonable price.

Go to Kohles, if their dresses are too short for you in the JR’s dept, go to the Misses Dep, they tend to have nice dresses and skirts.
