A potbellied teddy bear! Gives you the perfect reason to incorporate the new addition into the fun.
Enjoy!

Of course there is the classic pregnant nun and pumpkin or cow. I think a belly dancer would be cool. I was budda last year. It was pretty funny!

you should paint your belly! i’ve seen people wear a basketball, baseball or soccer costume and lift their shirts up so that their belly’s exposed and painted with a basketball/baseball or soccer ball. it’s really cute!

Pumpkin – you won’t have to “stuff” around your midsection.

You could be a stove, and have your partner be the chef. Your outfit could show a “bun in the oven” and your partners could say “the bun maker” … Got the idea from this site. http://extremehalloween.com/maternitycos…

by Do your own thinking!
From the “very cheaply done” school of thought:
– eggplant (dk purple shirt, green hat)
– egg (white shirt, white hat)
– pear (lt green shirt, brown hat)
– ‘Hershey’s Kiss’ (cover torso in tinfoil)
You could leave the house in any of the first three in the morning and spend the whole day having fun asking people if they liked your costume…

How about a clown? You can use makeup and things you may have around the house for the costume, and lots of clowns have big bellies, feet, noses, etc. But, if you go for the big feet, please be extra-careful not to trip!

Go as Rosemary from Rosemary’s baby. The father could dress up as the devil (since he is the father afterall).

Depends. DO you want to be cute? Maybe a pumpkin. Do you want to be funny? A Nun costume.
