Silicone Rag will never leave scratches..you can get em where they sell stuff for eyeglasses.

I think its called Basch & Lombs the eye wear people who make something thats called “sight savers” its use to clean glasses. My bf got a box of those and i use them to clean my razor phone which works great!. All they are are moist towelettes with alcholol.
