What Is Your Favorite Brand Of Cloth Diapers?
I want to try cloth diapers for my 8 month old son and want to buy a few of each kind to see which will work best for us. What worked for you and what’s your favorite? Thanks!

I like baby beehinds, and any one size pocket diaper that is fastened with snaps rather than velcro. the cheap ones off ebay work well, that’s what most of mine are but you do get what you pay for- I’ve had to restitch a couple and replace elastic in some of them but feel the price is worth the possibility of having to do repairs.
my son is almost six months old and I am attempting to make cloth diapers now so that I can customise them to my liking.

I like Nubunz one size pocket diapers. But then again that is all I have tried. I really like the price, and have had no issues as of yet with them!
But, if you want to try different kinds, try this website, it lets you sample them. http://www.jilliansdrawers.com/products/…

I use one size pocket diapers. The brands I use are Happy Heinys, Fuzzi Bunz, Mommy’s Touch Easy to clean Pockets, and Knickernappies. They all work wonderfully. My favorites of the ones I have are the Mommy’s Touch Easy to Clean Pockets because you don’t have to take the dirty inserts out, they come out in the washing machine and Knickernappies because they seem to run the biggest in the leg for my little girl.

Favorite Pockets: Haute pockets and bum genius
Favorite AIO, fitted, prefolds, covers. I never tried her pockets since I had a few others and pockets weren’t my fave. her stuff is really simple but really wonderful. Our favorite is her hemp prefolds and she added snaps to those and the covers making it like an All-in-Two

I like the following one:
bumGenius One-Size Cloth Diaper – Grasshopper
It is soft inside, waterproof outside and gently fitted to prevent leaks. Easily adjustable sizing fits most babies from 8 to 35 pounds. http://astore.amazon.com/cheap-cloth-dia…
Good luck!

I also use the bum genius all in one diapers. They are awesome! We also have a back up supply of chinese prefold diapers and bummi’s super whisper wraps for over them.

I have used prefolds, bumgenious 3.0, fuzzi bunz, wahm fitteds, bamboo velour, cotton velour fitteds, and softbums ai2 diaper.
right now the softbums are my favorite for daytime because they are the trimmest diaper, I don’t have to stuff an insert, and they are affordable and don’t take up much space.
my favorite night diaper is clover fitteds in cotton velour with a regular doubler preciousdignity.com). I have found bamboo velour and the clover cotton velour are highly absorbant and good night-time diapers for us. They aren’t stay-dry, but the natural fibers prove to be non-irritating unlilke the stay-dry fibers in bumgenious.
I don’t like prefolds that well, but fitteds and pockets are easy to use.

i have both bumgenius one size and haute pocket one size for my daughter. the bumgenius are velcro (also pocket) and the haute’s are snaps. i think i’m really starting to become more partial to the haute’s. the bumgenius were 2 for $35.99 off target.com, but i’m sure you can find these in other places. the haute’s were $16.95 a piece from a local green baby boutique. again, i’m sure you can purchase these from somewhere else.
we keep a trashcan with a lid (pail) full of water in the bathroom and just toss her dirty diapers in there. when all of them are dirty, we empty the trashcan water and throw the diapers into the wash. then start all over again!
we have 10 for my daughter. i am considering purchasing a few more, though, just so we may not have to wash every single day.
this is an image of a haute velcro diaper: http://convey.expirus.com/tweedle/images…
the only difference between my haute’s and the picture is that mine close with snaps as opposed to the velcro. this picture also shows exactly what a bumgenius looks like. they really are the same diaper, just a different brand. oh, and i think the haute’s fabric is a bit softer on my daughter’s bum.
