The Best Time To Buy Summer Dresses And Skirts?
I really like floral designed dresses and skirts. This summer I’m going to Paris for 9 days and I really want to dress up nicely by wearing these items.So the real question is: When is it the best time of the month to buy these clothing items??
Now? or the middle of July?? I really like buying them on sale and I want to save money! Please and Thank You!!

The best time to buy summer clothes is during the fall or winter because that’s when they are on sale.

When it’s -12 degrees out. That’s when I like to purchase my outfits for the summer, then model them through the snow.

well in your situation i dont thinck there will be a sale, but yearly, in December of some thing like that.
