Is One Coat Of Oil Paint Enough Over Brick That’s Already Been Painted With An Oil Based Paint?
I’m asking because I don’t want it to from a vapor brrier by over-doing it.

If it’s already been painted, it’s already sealed – not sure what you mean by forming a “vapor barrier”. One coat is enough if the colors are similar.
