Is It Fashionable And Trendy To Wear A Jacket Around Your Waist?
Whenever I wear a jacket or sweatshirt and take it off when I get hot, I always tie it around my waist. Is that supposed to be trendy? How do you think it looks?

It was kinda trendy in the mid-’90s, but not so much now. I personally think it looks a bit messy and lazy, and not at all flattering to the person or their outfit.

no. it’s sooooo unflattering. and draws attention not only to your hips, but your bad sense of fashion. just drape the jacket over your arm.

I personally think it looks messy. Carry a half empty purse so if you get hot, fold up your jacket and put it in.

I think it looks ‘childish’, like what a young child would do when playing out! I mean you wouldn’t see a classy woman like me with a jacket shoved around my waist.
