I Bought A Suede Coat And It Is Now Dirty. It Cost More To Clean It Then What I Paid For It.?
I love the coat and finally decided to get it cleaned. I have tried all the home remedities. I have since bought a suede blazer. I have read that you should spray a protection coat on it to keep it clean longer. Anyone know what I should buy? What brand… kind?

there is one i have just bought for a pair of suede shoes its Dasco combination cleaner it puts a coating over the suede so dirt can just be wiped off but i think first you would have to get it professionally cleaned

any kind of fabric protection spray for suede, microsuede would do—in a pinch you can use upholestry protection–just make sure to read labels on sprays–you would have to adjust amount–as soon as fabric gets dirty, you should use baking soda solution and gently brush fabric with it–use as thin paste, wipe on let partially to totally dry and brush off–it may not get all dirt out, but should tone it down.

I know exactly what you are trying to say, and I have to let it be clear that I do not appreciate it.
