You will need to use a specialist mold killer that will not damage the leather. Em Clean has been specifically tested and is safe to use for leather and suede. This will kill the spores and prevent them from returning.

With the jacket being suede, your best option would be to take it to a dry cleaners that has experience with fine leathers.
Doing it yourself will only cause more damage to your jacket, and suede although being very durable is also a delicate material that has to be treated and processed in special ways.
