How Do I Make My Puppy’s Coat Become Thick And Shiny?
My puppy’s coat seemed to be getting thinner and it looks dull. There’s 12 of them and 3 has this problem. Seems like their coat is falling off…they look bald. Our puppies are pitbull.

Take puppies to the vet. It might be mange. It might be something worse.

Th e dog’s diet has almost everything to do with a good and shiny coat of hair.. thus, make sure that your dog is fed a good diet of dry dog food, such as Science Diet or Purina ONE

hmm possible mange? worry about your puppy’s health as well as thier coat. your best bet is to go to the vet since mange for puppies is a serious problem more than an apperance issue. good luck

Short haired dogs will drink stale beer – this makes their coat shiny, however, rough haired dogs won’t touch it. Are you sure they haven’t got eczema? May be you should take them to the vet.

Raw egg, mixed in with his food.
Otherwise, vitamin E.
Consult a Vet for proper dose.

pitbulls naturally have a duller coat of fur than other breeds of dogs. But if you still think your puppies are getting thinner layers of fur, then do watch their diet. Make sure you feed them specific brands of dog food that helps to enhance a glossy coat of fur. Also, don’t stinge on the puppy shampoo that you are using. For a more reassuring opinion, you should bring your 3 puppies to the vet for better assessment.

whatever you do, DO NOT, brush their coats twice a day and bath twice a week. This removes all the natural oils from the coat, encouraging the hair to drop out. You need to feed them on a high quality complete food formulated for puppies, like Nutro Choice. http://www.nutro.co.uk . They have a puppy biscuit formulated to improve skin and coat quality. If you cannot get hold of this food, the next best thing is Science Diet for puppies.

You don’t say how old they are. Are they still nursing? Are they eating solid food? Maybe the food is not good enough for growing puppies.
I would have them checked by the vet for possible skin parasites or hormonal issues.
