tear off a piece of duct tape, and put it on the hair, and it should come right off, it won’t hurt the coat.

Use a dry fabric softner sheet. wipe the hair away.

Put on your rubber gloves, dampen them with water and wipe away the hair. Only trouble being getting the hair off of the gloves? just kidding, but gloves do work on many surfaces including carpet (whew, lotta work)
