How Can I Create A Halloween Costume Out Of This?

I have:
- An all black dress that goes a little bit higher than my knees. It has a bow under the bust line. It’s a sorta formal dress.
- Black 1-2″ inch wedges. Black also.
- Makeup, accessories, etc.
What type of could I make out of ?
