LOL without knowing what you look like or what you can put together in that time its hard to say.
However here’s some options for prominent female figures:
    Empress Irene. 752-803
Byzantine (greek) Empress and the most powerful woman on planet earth by far at that time.
    Empress Matilda of England 1102-1167
Medieval England’s only warrior Queen. Disinherited rightful heir to the throne, she fought a long civil war to try and regain her Kingdom from rebellious barons.
    Eleanor or Aquitaine 1122-1204
Wife of Henry II of England and mother of the Legendary Richard the Lionheart and King John. Ruthless, cunning, intelligent and brave, Eleanor even led her own Crusade to the Holy Land! Operated a matriarchal mafia and did whatever it took to make sure her boys did well! She and spent many years as de-facto ruler of England.
    Joan of Arc 1412 – 1431
French peasant turned freedom fighter for god!
