Can You Use A Base Coat As A Top Coat For Your Nails?

    It will work fine.
    It might not provide the exact same results, but it’s not like it’s going to melt your nails.
    I mean, if you wear it BEFORE polish, why would it cause any adverse reaction OVER the polish?
