Would Putting Broccoli In A Blender Make A Good Shake, If I Added Some Other Vegetables?

I drink a lot of my fruits and veggies (I also still eat a lot them), but I have a Vitamix that can handle tough like and carrots. I prefer to eat so I have never tried this recipe.
Broccoli, Kale and Celery Juice
Yield: 1 1/2 cups
2 broccoli florettes
1/2 kale leaf
1/2 (20 g) celery stalk
2 (20 g) small carrots
1/4 (35 g) apple
1/4 cup (60 mL) cold water
1/2 cup (120 mL) ice cubes
Place all ingredients in Vita-Mix container in order listed. Secure two-part lid. Select VARIABLE speed #1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #10; then to HIGH. Run for 1 minute until smooth. Serve immediately.

If you really think you can hang with that, more power to you. I can’t imagine it. I don’t even like V8 or V8 Fusion but that is another way to sneak in your veggies.
I think it would be easier to make smoothie out of cooked veggies but that just makes me want to gag! However strangely enough, if you puree a bunch of veggies and put in a bowl and eat with a spoon, call it soup, I think I could do that! hahahha!
Don’t forget your tomato sauce on pasta. IT counts and you can add carrots, squash, mushrooms, olives etc for extra veggie portions!
You can also eat frozen peas, corn, etc…still frozen. I love them this way. Nibble on them like finger food. Babies know this is like candy.

I am starting my personal webpage to share my images encounters. Do you come across it hard or effortless to post persistently?
