Ie, if I include more salmon, dark chocolate, eggs, whatever helps, would it replace eyeglasses?
I googled it, and 3 other foods (besides what was listed above) were bilberries, leafy veggies and garlic.
If they do help, how many servings a day would I need to consume?

Once you have glasses, most likely you’ll need them the rest of your life. But you can try and prevent them from getting worse. But eyes get worse with age.

The things you mention can help keep your eyes healthy. Unfortunately they will not have much, if any, affect on needing glasses or your prescription.

Your vision is determined by the physical structure of your eye. No amount of salmon is going to change the shape of your eye or the lenses in your eyes. You can’t change your eyes by eating food any more than you could grow longer legs or shrink your thumbs. Sorry. That’s not how it works.
The only thing that will change shape depending on what you eat are the places where fat is stored like your belly.
