Why Is Everybody Hating Michael Vick So Much For Killing Dogs?
Michael Vick killed dogs, not people, dogs. All he did was kill some dogs that were already bad and violent. The dogs that he was fighting with were mean bad dogs that attacked people. All he actually did was clear neighborhoods of violent attack dogs. He never killed anyone or helped kill someone. He never beat up a stripper and got involved in a firefight in the same night. What is so bad about drugs and killing dogs. Did you know that owning drugs can get you in jail for longing than child molesters. Dog fighting puts you in jail for just a few years less than child molesters. What is wrong with our legal system. Killing dogs and doing drugs put you in jail as long as raping, hurting, or even killing children. That is so screwed up. Someone actually got life in prison for doing pot. Someone got one year for child molestation. Studies show that most drugs are better for you than alcohol. Same with cigarettes. Smoking pot for 10 hours straight does less damage to your body than drinking 5 bottles of beer.

A lot of people are animal lovers. There was NO reason why he should of done this. He knew it was against the law, he just thought he was higher than the law. That’s not the only reason why people hate vick don’t forget he flipped off fans that the team he played for. There is no reason to be this way. The guy is just a jackass. He doesn’t care about anything but himself. You can tell by the descisions he made and what he has done.

UHm Actually he made those dogs mean and into attack dogs. he didn’t clear the streets of them. He killed those dogs because they weren’t mean enough for him. Look into dog fighting and how they train the dogs. He also ran a gambling ring over several state laws which is a federal crime. He didn’t get sent to jail for what he did to dogs he got sent to jail for illegal gambling. You wont ever win this argument because he KILLED. Dog is mans best friend and he killed them because they weren’t mean enough after he trained them to be mean. Cleared the streets what a joke.

those dogs arnt all vicious and they wouldnt attack people. alot of people have pitbulls as pets and they are not violent. he forced them to fight. he drowned them. he killed them himself, and he gambled on the fights

Great logic. The point is he KNEW what he was doing was wrong and he did it anyway to make more money on the side. It was cruel and unusual, and he deserved prison.

Are you kidding me? Animals have feelings just like people do and it`s wrong to abuse them in any way. Michael Vick was not clearing up the streets he was breeding dogs so they could fight and kill each other. You don`t have your facts straight even remotely. No one has the right to kill, harm, or abuse animals, period for any reason.
Don`t even bother making the argument that drugs are better for you than alcohol. Listen to how stupid that sounds. Pot is a gateway drug to heavier drugs like Cocaine, Heroine, and Ecstasy. Almost 90 % of heavy drug users have started out with pot. Turn on your TV and watch the show Intervention and you`ll see what I`m talking about. Alchohol and drugs both can cause severe health problems and even death, don`t try to get in a let`s make an argument what`s better debate.
I do agree that the legal system is messed up and child molesters and sex offenders do walk free. It`s disguisting and unacceptable, but at the same time don`t rank crimes in order of how bad they are because they are all bad.
