Why Am I Addicted To Rice Fried (using Olive Oil) With Fish And Mushrooms With Lemon Juice?

It’s so and MUCH more compared to what I eat but my mom and my say it’s not a lol. I made it myself. I’m 17 years

    hey, I cook A LOT, and sounds GREAT to me.
    Rice has fiber and carbs
    Olive oil is a MONO unsaturated fat (much much better than butter or margarine and several other oils out there) I buy my Olive Oil in a gallon can, more economical
    fish is very high in omega 3 and protein.
    Mushrooms and lemon add flavor.
    Not only does it sound like a tasty recipe, all of your ingredients are excellent nutrition for your body.
    I don’t understand why your mom and sister don’t consider these choices as normal.
    Learn to listen to your cravings, your body is telling you that you need certain things. So, probably you’re lacking a bit in omega, protein and fiber/carbs. Nothing wrong with that.
    I think it’s great your cooking and coming up with great recipes. Keep going with it!!!

    everything in moderation, na dis its healthy and ur not allergic and u lov it u should eat it but everuthing in moderation.try and find similar foods to help calme ur craivng, cuz that mya be unhealthy.

    thats a very normal meal!
    you get everything ur body needs from the fish and rice, and its very healthy compared to processed foods. keep eating it every day, seriously
