Amount Measure Ingredient — Preparation Method

1/4 c Orange Juice
1/2 c Club
1 md Banana, peeled
3 c Fresh fruit pieces (such as
– Cantaloupe, ,
– Pineapple, apple, pear,
– Nectarine, plum, honeydew
– Melon, blueberries,
– Strawberries)
1/2 ts Ground Nutmeg
1/4 ts Ground Cardamom
1 tb Sweetened (flaked
Or shredded), toasted
Combine the orange juice, club soda, and banana in a blender and puree
smooth. Pour over the fresh fruit mixture. Sprinkle with the
nutmeg and cardamom. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Sprinkle on the coconut and serve immediately.

I thiiiiink I like the second because it’s FRESH fruit (no yucky maraschino cherries)

    I have not eaten ambrosia in ages, but my moms version included fresh fruit but also had mini marshmallows. In my opinion, you need to have marshmallows and coconut as critical ingredients in any ambrosia.

    Yes i like the second one also,that is why i pick that recipe for one of my answers to a different question,that was ask.You got good taste,because it is yummy.
