Apple, Spinach, Pomegranate, Tomato, etc.
The fact is – if you need lots of it (anaemic) then take supplements. Fruits and Vegetables provide little iron content (even though they are rick in iron, the body absorbs very less).

spinach helps a lot. take iron supplements too, and be sure to get ur blood drawn to test just how anemic u r
