What Canned Vegetables Would Be Good Inside Quesadillas?
I would like to use fresh veggies, but I can’t. Anyway, I’m going to put a mix of veggies, or maybe just one canned veggie, and cheese as a filling inside a quesadilla.

black olives are really good.
try jalepenos (the pickled kind)
beans
green chiles
if you look in the ‘authentic’ food aisle, I’m sure you’ll find plenty of different ‘veggies’ that will be great in quesadillas.
