    1. Saute your veggies with some minced garlic, sesame seeds, and a litte bit of soy sauce.
    2. Lemon juice, olive oil, and a little bit of rosemary.
    3. Butter and garlic
I guess the ‘dressing’ would also depend on what kind of vegetable your cooking! Green beans and broccoli work very well with my first suggestion, artichokes and asparagus taste great with the second suggestions, and I just happen to think butter and garlic tastes good on just about anything!
    Happy cooking!

Do you mean dress up the flavor or to make it fancier?
    1) Try to find things that compliment each other- a like potato and parsnip puree (both are starchy)
    2) A simple dressing for salads or fresh vegetables- olive oil, an acid (lemon juice for example), salt and pepper
    3) Presentation: have a nice color contrast, pile salads high, add a garnish
If all else fails add BACON- fresh asparagus rapped in bacon then grilled.

I really like steaming carrots and adding a bit of butter, powdered dill mix and brown sugar. Theres also a clubhouse seasoning you can buy specifically for veggies…really good on broccoli and cauliflower!! Or if you like zuchinni try pan frying it on low while covered with some butter and garlic salt!
