Helps settle an upset stomach…. I swear it helps to bring my temperature down when I’m running a fever :) and also it’s a great non caffeine alternative to all those sugary sodas out there. It’s refreshing and guilt-free :)

I’m going to sound geriatric, but I actually like a good glass of G.A, especially when I have a stomach ache. Ginger is supposed to neutralize a sour and upset stomach.

Ginger ale that has been opened and let stand for five minutes is great when sipped slowly for the flu or a virus that gives you an upset belly.

My Mom used to make me drink ginger ale when I was a kid and would get stomach flu. Supposedly ginger ale settles the stomach meaning it keeps one from puking and keeps you hydrated.
As an adult I like to drink it with vodka and cranberry. Great hydration goin on there!
