irish strew…..mostly potatos peeled.cut carrots, sausages, bacon,a onion hole one without skin, but take out and bin when done,a veg packed of soup, cover with water and boil,.. potato will mash and make it perfect, enjoy we all love it x
Cut up the cabbage and broccoli and cook in separate pots on the stove in water with a 1/2 teaspoon of salt each, for 10 minutes on the boil. Grind up the pork with a hand-cranked meat grinder (so you have pork hamburger). If the salmon is fresh, do the same to it, then mix it in with the pork. (If it’s canned, put it aside for now.)
Cook the pork and fresh salmon in a frypan – you can use a little bit of cooking oil in a regular frypan, an oil spray like Pam in a non-stick frypan, or a thin layer of water in either. Sprinkle with a little salt. Stir frequently. If the salmon is canned, open the can while the pork is cooking, and flake it into the pork just before it’s done, to heat up the salmon. Use about half the salt.
You could also cook up some Kraft Dinner as per the box directions for the starch veggie (1/3 cup dry per serving, the whole box for four), or do converted rice (same measure, 15 minutes covered on simmer after the water has come to the boiling point).
The whole meal should be done in 25 minutes or less.
