My Son Has These Small Grain Looking Bumps On His Hands And Feet. What Is It And Remedy For It?

I took him to the doctor and they told me he had “Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease” but it has been over 20 days and they wont go away. He started scratching last night and I am going to take him to the ER. What can it be?
