Is Wheat Bread Still Fattening Because It Has Carbs?
wheat bread is very healthy for you. It contains lots of carbs and very little fat. This doesn’t mean that your body will or will not turn it into fat. As another person stated, if the carbs aren’t burned into energy for your body, it will store it as fat because it is trying to make fat storage in case of lack of food. This is how humans have evolved to deal with periods of starvation.

everything you eat has calories. if you eat more calories than you burn, the excess is turned into fat.
however, whole wheat flour is better for you than white flour because it does not cause a “sugar spike.”
do some research on the glycemic index and you will learn alot.

I believe anything that has carbs can be fattening if not eaten in the proper measurements. Or tooo much of it is eaten it’s all about protion control.
