No, there is nothing wrong with it.
What IS wrong, though, is eating crops that are fertilized with animal waste, while claiming that you don’t use any animal products.

    Animals naturally poo.
To keep a cow lactating, human intervention is required.

Animal waste is a natural by-product of any creature on Earth. It requires no human intervention to be created/collected. Therefore, there is no ethical reason not to use it. It is far healthier for the environment and the humans involved than synthetic fertilizers, and actually very beneficial to the plants being fertilized.
Milk, however, is not an animal by-product. Its production requires a cow to be artificially inseminated, and the resulting calf to be pulled from her side right after birthing. We are quite literally stealing nourishment from a calf to provide people with a product that is unhealthy and unnatural after infancy.
I am a vegan, and I compost my own fertilizer using horse and chicken manure, straw (from bedding), and leftovers from my home (veggie/fruit peels, old food, etc. etc.) to fertilize my organic garden. My animals are treated exceedingly well, and lemme tell you, they poop a lot… so it’s quite beneficial to have a use for that waste. I bag and sell what I do not use.
