Is It Ok To Do The Cabbage Soup Diet To Kick Start A Long Term Healthy Eating Plan?
So i know the cabbage soup diet is
- not HEALTHY to do for a long time since it is not balanced and starves your body
-the weight it makes you lose is basically water weight, not fat
But is it ok to do it for just one week as a detox before you go on a balanced healthy 1400-1500 calorie diet? I feel sooo bloated…
Also is exercise recommended with the cabbage soup diet?

I would actually recommend to do the Smart for Life Cookie Diet. It worked for me when I wanted a kick start at permanent weight loss. They make their products with nearly all organic products, so that it is good for you. I liked the way the diet gave me a structured, manageable routine to follow that worked well with my personal and hectic business schedule. I lost about 60 lbs in 3.5 months and have kept it off since. Check it out and let me know.
