Is It Bad To Buy Frozen Vegetables, Cook Them In A Meal, Then Refreeze Them?

it won’t hurt anything, but if you refreeze , consider using in a case role or something in which the texture can be masked as they tend to get really squishy

I wouldn’t think it would hurt you as I’ve done it a couple of times. Although I wouldn’t give it to young kids. And they do go a bit slushy and watery.

If you are incoperating them into a recipie it should be fine, but I would not cook a bag of frozen broccoli then refreeze it.
