Is Fruit Juice From Concentrate As Healthy As The Actual Fruit? If Not, How Much Worse Is It?

I got this Bolthouse Farms and it has all these different fruits . I’m trying to figure out how healthier it is from the fruits themselves?

    It is just as nutritious as the real thing. By law a concentrate is the real thing with only the water taken out. So when you add water you bring it back to its original state. An Apple Juice made from concentrate is the exact same thing as the real straight apple juice. There is no sugar or other things added. If they added other things such as sugar they cannot be labeled as apple juice. (from concentrate) Look at the top of the label does it say 100% juice?

    Are you kidding! Concentrate is just sugar and additives. Go with the real fruit!

    A lot of fruit juice concentrates have added sugars and have been processed, losing a lot of the nutrients.
    There is nothing better than good old fresh fruit.

    Fruit juice is less good for you than whole fruit because of its concentrated sugars and its lack of fiber.

    the actual fruit in most cases is always better than the artificial fruit juice since all it nutrients and vital vitamins are intact and undiluted as nature has made it.
    as we subject these fruits to additives and preservatives in our bid to have a blend of different extracts, we often time dilute the efficacy of taking the actual fruit.

    Its tough to get juice NOT from concentrate but fresh is always better because you get the vitamins, etc. without them having that time to break down. Any processing at all will break stuff down. Fresh is always better. If you are really concerned, go buy yourself a nice juicer, and some fruit and make something everyday for yourself. Its worth it. It tastes really nice and you feel good for doing it.
