I’m On A Diet And I Need Your Advice About An Issue… Please Enter And Help Me..?
Hello everyone i’m seventeen years old, my height is about1.65 and i weight 62 kilos (:X)
and i have felt so terrible finding this out.. so i’v decided to go on a DIET as i should…
so i made a menue please take a look at it and tell me if it right and not overly exessive-
morning- i drink every morning before school an instant coffee with half water half milk + 2 diet crackers.
afternoon- at 14:00 i eat lunch… usualy what my mother cook in a very small amout like one slice of schnitzel and 5 tablespoon of rice/ flocs etc.
evening- 18:00-19:00- this is changing every day..i seariously have a problem with this part that i don’t eat junk or somthing i don’t touch sweetened drinks at a-ll only water. i don’t eat bread at all. and i don’t touch snacks but still i eat alot… i eat healthy food but i eat too much.. like a little healthy cereal and some dried fruits and somtimes a regular fruits and some crackers and i feel really bad about that i will be so relief to get you advice about what should i do and eat at this part of the day.
plus i wanted to ask you guys… ammm… i wanted to point out that i’m very active.. i run for about 20-30 minutes EVERYDAY… so i really wanted to know if its good evough to loose this over fats as quickly and as healthy as i can and also earn a well built body with some muscels.. or you think i should do more?…. and last question i wanted to ask is if you can give me a sort of envision of how much time will it takes me to lose 12 kilos.. with the amount i eat and run every day..

I’ll make it simple… If you burn 8000 calories (33600 kJ), you lose 1kg of fat.
You weight 60 kg, so 30 minutes jogging (not running) at 12km/h burns 350 calories.
If you do nothing, like sleeping or watching TV all day, your metabolism burns 1 calorie per minute. Plus you always walk and do some minor activities during the day, that’s why they always say 2,000 calories per day is too enough.
You want to burn 12kg = 96,000 calories, simply eat less and use your body more. After a period of time you’ll burn that amount of energy off.
About your diet, I can’t say if it’s healthy or not. Just look at the food’s nutrition fact and calculate the total calories you’ve eaten.
If you don’t have time to work out, eat less than 1400 calories and you’ll burn about 200 per day. After 16 months you’ll lose 12kg.
To sum up: EAT LESS, EXERCISE MORE and BE PATIENT.

Do not drink coffee. Ever. Just replace that with water. Eat 6 meals a day. They should be small, but not too small. I would say at least 250 calories a meal. Just eat whole natural foods. It sounds like you get no protein.
Look, if you eat less, your body is going to store fat because you are starving it. You will also be unhealthy. Eat 6 meals a day. Drink a lot of water. Sleep at least 8hrs. Keep stress minimal. Eat a variety of foods. Make sure you are getting protein in every meal!
