If A Kitchens Got A Pear Block Interior ,what Does Pear Block Mean ? Is It Solid Wood ?
Most kitchen carcasses are made of melamine faced chipboard (MFC). It’s most unusual and expensive to use solid timber and it warps in humid air. I’ve never heard of anyone using real wood in block form for carcasses.Your supplier probably means repro Pearwood block MFC.
