I Want To Eat Healthy To Lose Weight But …..?

but i dont of vegitables and fruit me up so me som of some good to lose wieght thx

    If you want to be healthy and lose weight there is no way around fruits & veggies. Try different produce every week, im sure soon enough you will find one you enjoy. Try prepping veggies differently(think herbs, oils, dressings, etc) Dont forget exercise!
