Your peach tree has peach leaf curl. It can spread via wind, and by the debris around the tree. We had the same problem and I took a leaf (inside a plastic bag) to our nearby nursery and found out how to treat it. I had to prune off the distorted leaves and picked up all the leaves that had fallen. Luckily for me this happened in the fall and I was able to use a fungicide. In the late fall, I covered the tree to keep the fungus under control, only found a few leaves that following spring. I picked then off and kept the base of the tree cleaned. I then put lava rock around it for mulch and have not had any problems since. I wish you “good luck”. The web site below has pics and more info about the fungus.

by not coming back
The tree has chlorophile aids and you will probably have to cut it down before it infects others.
