I Have A Lump In My Breast! 13 Years Old. What Can It Be?

I am a 13 year old girl.
I do not have my period yet.
I do have vaginal discharge.
My ( so called ) are 32AA.
Yesterday, I felt a lump in my right breast. (which is an always has been a bit bigger than my left one). I read different yahoo but none of them are really like mine. It’s not hard and pea sized. It’s almost as big as my entire boob. It’s hard, but I can it around. There’s no redness or swelling or anything like that. Don’t me anything cancer, cause I know the cancer are EXTREMELY SLIM. But I am still worried what it could be. Is it the starting point of and my periods? Is it a cyst? Or what is it . Please help :( I’m really worried. And I know that I should go see a doctor, but if it’s me starting puberty or if it will go away …? So please give me real answers.
You could include something about to the doctors, but if that’s ALL you’re to say, don’t bother answering.
Also, could you please tell me what a cyst is. Because of the answers about lumps talk about cysts. What is it? Is it harmful? Can it go away? Etc.
THANKS IN ADVANCE! <3
BTW, THE LUMP IS NOT PAINFUL. only if I touch it and move it around, it gives an umpleasent feeling, but it doesn’t otherwise.

I don’t think that is a lump because you need something hard to support your boobs underneath and that is it. That is not cancer, it’s called your boobs are growing. : ) don’t worry.

when youre young and your breasts are still growing they can be get pretty meaty and develope dense lumps of breast tissue.
But still you should get it checked just in case.

    This sounds completely normal.
Breasts are actually glands–they are clusters of tissue that are designed to produce fluids later on in life (breast milk for babies). They often have a feeling like large to medium-sized lumps. After a few periods, you may start to notice that the lumps feel harder, softer, bigger, smaller etc in relation to how recent (or how soon) your period is. You can feel the glands from the outside and kind of move them around, as you said, which doesn’t feel great but isn’t painful.
There is also a chance that what you feel is known as a “lipoma” which is small collection of fat tissue. Again, these are normal and many people get them. Sometimes they are there to stay, sometimes they will disappear with no warning, never to be seen again.
Lipoma or gland, you’re totally fine.
And by the way, nobody’s set is perfectly matched. That’s just mother nature being quirky…
