How Often Is It Safe To Take Apple Cider Vinegar?

I’ve been reading up on A C V and it seems to cure so many things or atleast help with things, How is it to use ACV?

    i would only drink a 8 oz glass of water to a teaspoon/tablespoon ACV a day. beware it taste TERRIBLE :p
