How Much Does A 1940 Wheat Penny Really Cost.?
Most wheat pennies only carry more value due to the fact they weigh more than modern day pennies. Some hard to find years and cities they were made in are valued slightly higher. I always just throw my wheat pennies in a jar, so when I die it’s just another thing my daughter can look forward to looking into. (and I got a bunch of crap)
Generally, 1-2 cents.
